Editors
You'll have to:
- Read and review submissions
- Help select pices for publication
- Edit accepted works
- Provide feedback to submiters
- Ensure submissions follow guideliness and issue theme

Staff Writer
You'll have to:
- Write articles for our blog
- Write creative piece for every issue ( 1 to 2 per issue)
- Write some social media posts (e.g. : International Women's Day
related post)
- Write our newsletter

Visual Creator
You'll have to:
- Create visual content for our magazien such as art and photography
- Contribute with every issue by submiting a piece of visual

Graphic Designer
You'll have to:
- Design issue pages
- Create social media posts

Reel Creator
You'll have to:
- Create 2-3 reels every month (experience with editing apps such as cap cut may be useful)

Submission Manager [closed]
You'll have to:
- Organize submissions into spreadsheets
- Write acceptance and rejection emails
- Assign submissions to editors for review
- Communicate with contributors about their submissions

Newsletter and Blog Manager
You'll have to:
- Read, review and edit blog articles and newsletter
- Give feedback and ideas to
staff writers
- Approve articles and newsletter
- May work in editing issue submissions when requested

- Host and present podcast episodes
- Create your own episodes and scripts
- Interview guests
